Michaela Benedigová
Managing Director & Partner

Although Michaela has been working in marketing, PR and communication for 20 years, she never ceases to find pleasure in finding answers to intriguing business questions. Moreover, she still manages to maintain her ability to see problems in a broader context and “from above”. As the Seesame Managing Director, she motivates her colleagues to not settle, but to constantly educate and develop themselves. She is also a firm believer that a company or brand reputation must be earned. Her specialization is in reputation management programs, issue management and crisis communication. Having worked on various international projects, Michaela also acts as a co-chair of the EMEA's largest network of independent PR agencies PROI, and as such is always full of inspiration from abroad.

He enjoys complex and demanding topics, taking pleasure in making them simpler for the benefit of common people. He often works on several thematically diverse projects at once and actually enjoys the fact that he has to face a different challenge every minute – call it hyperactivity or multi-tasking, as you like. Juraj keeps his eyes open for non-traditional assignments and clients, always looking forward to group discussions aimed at developing efficient and meaningful solutions.

It is such approach that allows him to get through to just the kind of people that his clients want to appeal to. Peter always aims for win-win situations, staying focused on the outcome of his efforts. Marketing
We create the identity of brands, products and services and develop their unique DNA built on the benefits and value they deliver.
When it comes to marketing, we think strategically. Product leaflet, video spot or even an ordinary letterhead will deliver only if they are truly linked to the benefits and value your brand is built on. We motivate your customers to action, monitor their behaviour and use data to design content and develop functional campaigns. Our solutions help you to sell your products and support your brand awareness and recall.

Digital
Communication is digital, taking place across a wide range of channels and social media in real time. You better be prepared for it.
We help our clients to build their digital ‘self’. Out specialists develop and take care of their websites, social networks, as well as smartphone apps. Virtual reality gives us brand new range of possibilities. When designing solutions, we consult the users for whom these very solutions are developed. UX testing is our mantra. Our digital projects always have clearly stated performance objectives that are continually evaluated.

Public Affairs
Sometimes, businesses need to fight for their cause. However, good solutions are achieved through a cultivated dialogue.
We help our clients to engage in a constructive dialogue with the representatives of state administration, institutions, unions and stakeholder associations. We always strive for win-win situations. By mapping the web of relationships around projects, companies and brands, we identify the ambassadors and opinion leaders, who share the values of our clients and help to promote them. We assist in converging even the seemingly remote interests.

Trainings
In Sesame’s training centre, you will meet an experienced team of communication experts. We do not offer only a single training but a thousand tailor-made combinations.
Today, genuine brand stories are written primarily by the people, who present these brands to customers or other target segments on a daily basis. In our training centre, we prepare our clients for communication with journalists, customers or business partners, train them to present their organisation and its products in the media and elsewhere and also how not to get entangled in the web of social media and how to manage communication during a crisis.
