When we’re not working from home, we’re working together in a nice office near the city centre. We know that a good work environment is crucial for communication and getting our creative juices flowing. 🏠
Every other Friday, we end the week with happy hour where we sit down and have a nice chat with our colleagues. Food and drinks help us find our common spirit. 🥳☕️
We meet regularly on Friday mornings to teach each other new things – we share our inspirations, new technology, and social networking tweaks over good food. ☕️🤤
Our 13th and 14th paid salary bonuses will always come in handy when planning our summer holidays or buying Christmas gifts. 💰🛍️
We each have our own fund for personal development and relaxation, so we can afford to take courses, attend conferences, buy subscriptions, or get massages. 📚
